Well, I guess it is rare, or so sayeth Wikipedia. I can't believe it originally sold for 200 bucks... that's 309 dollars in 2009 bucks (last year they have data for on the inflation calculator I like to use)
How would you have felt if you'd spent $200 on it back in the day?

:fury:

Dunno, in 1991 I was only 8 years old, so I might have really loved it :P

Yeah, LOL, also thinking about it even when I was 8 I probably would've taken one look at the cover and said

"why are they selling this crap for $200?" :D

I picked up a Sega Saturn Lightgun for £3 yesterday, I don't actually have any games that use it though LOL.

My copy of Virtua Cop has come in the post, but I'm thinking my lightgun might be broken :(

I also got loads of Master System games the other day for next to nothing, think it worked out at being about 20 games for £13, my Master System collection is huge now :O

I also picked up Grandia, Crash Bandicoot 3, and Spyro 2, slowly but surely I'm getting into a position to make that top 100 PS1 list, but jeez its taking ages.

Cool, cool. I still need to check in Mt. Pleasant about that Master System the guy got in.

I just ordered my free reward from Club Nintendo; a Mario poster set. It think it'll look great in the game room, which is really starting to come together now. Already have my systems hooked up, some posters on the wall (including a promo poster for Metal Slug 5 I forgot I owned, sent to me by SNK/Playmore themselves!), my giant GTA: San Andreas banner, the games themselves, and a bookshelf loaded with strategy guides. Really starting to look special.

I'm waiting for my copy of Burning Rangers to arrive, bought it for £30 which is kind of a decent price I think :?

Maybe it doesn't quite fit the criteria for this thread, but I'm looking forward to it arriving, gonna start on my Saturn top 100 in earnest soon now that I have all the major games :)

If Panzer Dragoon Saga isn't in the top 5 I'm going to be very upset. :P2 >:(

Yeah I definitely intend to have it top 5 at least, its some of the other games which are concerning me :)

There's a lot of Saturn "classics" such as Astal and Clockwork Knight which I don't intend to feature in the list at all, I guess I'm used to making unpopular decisions though, after refusing to put Ocarina in #1 for N64 :D

Greetings, I've been lurking around every now and then for quite some time.
Congrats for all top 100 lists and comparisons.

I wasn't surprised seeing it seconded, what I didn't get though was excitebike 64 being 6th, but that's just me.

Yeah that one is actually a possible change for the future anyway, I even considered just swapping its place with 1080 for a while :)
