What we thought

Chris

"I had fun with this game, it was quite satisfying to drop a block on two enemies at once and I thought the attacking mechanics were quite good as well, its not often you play a game where you have to inflate enemies with a bike pump until they explode! It was annoying when you sometimes get stuck trying to go back up the shafts you've made due to the game being quite strict on movement though. All in all a good game."

"This had quite a clever idea as the main concept when released back in the arcades in 1982, with you digging around changing your environment as you go but by the time it arrived on 2600 a lot of the lustre had waned, with more interesting games coming out on the 8-bit computers (just around the corner was Boulder Dash, a much more complex game). On top of that I think I honestly prefer the similar game, Mr Do! from the same period, that game had more to do and was more action-packed. A low 4/5 for me"
