What we thought

"I think this is absolutely excellent, it does everything a platformer should do. Graphically its very nice, with lovely backgrounds and great colours, its detailed, just look at the hieroglyphs on the Egyptian level. Its also nice musically and provides exactly what you'd expect from Disney (though I did prefer Castle of Illusion's music as it just stood out more for me). All in all a great game, really enjoyable and probably the best of the Disney games on the Mega Drive."

"I think this is quite a nice little platformer and is definitely an improvement over Castle of Illusion which was a lot more straightforward, there wasn't the little puzzle elements and adventuring aspects of this game. Quackshot does a good job with the platforming aspects, it does the basics well and on top of that it has its own elements like giving you the ability to make your own platforms with the plungers. So it does the platforming foundation well and then on top of that you've got these adventure aspects which are also quite good, fairly simple and easy to understand but they work well. The music and sound is always great for these Disney games and this one is no different. Graphically its a colourful, well animated game and it has that Disney feel to it "
